How can I refund a Stamp?

A stamp will disappear once you submit a borrowing request.

However, we will refund your stamp in any of the following situations:

• If your request got rejected by the book owner.
• If you cancel the borrowing request before it gets accepted or rejected.
• If the book owner canceled the handover.
• If the time of your request and handover ended without completing the book exchange.
